Inclusivity
CF belongs to all its members – wherever they come from, whatever their views, and whatever they do – not just a leadership clique. I’m not standing to represent a slate or a faction – I’m standing to represent you.
Accountability
Every member of the national executive should be accountable to the members. I will publish full minutes of executive meetings, introduce fixed terms for the executive, and engage with every member.
Localism
National CF needs to benefit members from Penzance to Penrith. Every one of my actions will be dedicated to supporting members, branches, and areas: giving resources, responsibility, and freedom to the grassroots.

Getting young Conservatives the skills and jobs they deserve:
Making skills training available to every member to help them develop professionally, politically, and personally
Appointing a careers officer dedicated to helping Conservatives get the right jobs: whether in politics or outside.
Extending overseas networking opportunities to all by inviting every member to international conferences.
Students
Supporting Conservative members and societies at universities and schools:
Supporting Conservative societies by working with CCHQ to allow full CF membership to university society members.
Helping Conservative and Conservative-friendly candidates in Student Union elections.
Hosting conferences in every region to improve regional networking, especially between students and local associations.
Candidates
Helping Conservative candidates win across the country on the road to 2015:
Focusing national CF's resources to support branches in scoring a chain of electoral victories leading up to 2015.
Establishing CF branches in each of the 40 targets and 40 marginal Conservative seats that the party has to win in 2015.
Ensuring CF branches are represented on association executives, so young people have a greater say in selecting candidates.
